Cancellation Before Shipping:
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Stock Availability:
All exchange and replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
Invoice and Packaging:
We accept return, refund, or replacement requests only if the original invoice and packaging are retained,

Sale Items:

We do not accept return or refund requests on sale or clearance items.
Size Check:
Our products are based on standardized sizes; however, we recommend double-checking the size by measuring your baby for a perfect fit before placing an order.
Cancellation After Shipping:
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please refuse the delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that the shipping cost (if any) in this case is non-refundable.
Missing/Wrong/Damaged Product:
If you receive a product that is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video. We will promptly replace it to ensure you receive the correct product.
First-time Replacement (Sizing Issues):

If you need a replacement due to sizing issues after accepting the delivery, contact us. We will initiate a replacement order with your preferred size and arrange a return pickup on the same day. The first-time replacement shipping is free of charge.
Product Issues After Use:

Please note that no returns or replacements will be accepted after the product has been used.
 Dissatisfaction After Use:

If you have used the product and are unhappy with the material or fit, try it for a month. If you are still dissatisfied, we will initiate a replacement with a product of your choice (of equal value) or a refund if needed.
Multiple Products or Bundles:

If you are unhappy with one product in a bundle, we will replace the used product with a different one. Please keep the other items unused if you choose to return them all. If you prefer not to replace the item, we will refund the cost of the used product. For unused products, we will offer an exchange with products of your choice.
International Orders:

No refunds or replacements will be provided for international orders (outside India).
Delivery Fee:

A delivery fee applies to all prepaid orders within India with a value below INR 1,000. Orders above INR 1,000 within India are delivered free of charge.
Express Delivery:

We offer express delivery for an additional fee on prepaid orders within India.
Customs Duty:

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties.
Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD Delivery Fee: Cash on delivery is acceptable for the orders within the limit of INR 1000 to INR 1500. A delivery fee of INR 70 is applicable on every Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order. A non-refundable delivery fee borne by customers

Express Shipping:
